Intake, Outreach, and Care Manager

As one of four Intake, Outreach, and Care Managers, Eilish Kelderman assists with responses to reports of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, which helps ensure consistent support and case management for all parties involved in Formal and Alternative Resolution Processes. She also manages ongoing accommodations for a docket of students, faculty, and staff in the form of supportive measures, with or without the filing of a formal complaint.
Eilish earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science (with a specialty in Developmental Disabilities) and her Master’s of Social Work degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. Eilish’s favorite thing about working at USC thus far is the university’s commitment to equity and working in an office that allows her to assist others in the USC community.
