Deputy Coordinator for Intake, Outreach, and Support

As one of two Deputy Coordinators for Intake, Outreach, and Support, Kegan Allee-Moawad and her team are responsible for responding to all reports received by the EEO-TIX Office and ensuring timely, empathetic, and consistent care and support for individuals who contact the EEO-TIX Office. Kegan also assists with trainings and serves on campus committees focused on advancing equity efforts.
Kegan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Florida, a Master’s Degree in Women’s Studies from San Diego State University and a Master’s Degree and Doctorate in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara. Her favorite thing about working at USC is having the opportunity to meet so many future leaders.
