Intake, Outreach, and Care Manager

As one of four Intake, Outreach, and Care Managers, James Washington assists with responses to reports of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, which helps ensure consistent support and case management for all parties involved in Formal and Alternative Resolution Processes. He also manages ongoing accommodations for a docket of students, faculty, and staff in the form of supportive measures, with or without the filing of a formal complaint.
James studied Applied Learning and Development with a minor in Sociology at The University of Texas at Austin. His favorite thing about USC is the diverse population amongst students, staff, and faculty.
