As a Senior Investigator, Mackenzie Kintz is responsible for conducting timely, comprehensive, and fair Formal Resolutions and facilitating Alternative Resolutions. Mackenzie also assists with training and education for USC students, faculty, and staff.
Mackenzie studied psychology and writing at California State University, Fullerton. Prior to joining EEO-TIX, Mackenzie worked for more than a decade conducting workplace and civil rights investigations in higher education and K-12 environments in California and Colorado. Mackenzie’s favorite thing about USC is working with a team of individuals so dedicated to the meaningful expression of the Trojan Family’s values.
