Equity and Inclusion Specialist and Senior Data Analyst

As EEO-TIX’s Equity and Inclusion Specialist and Senior Data Analyst, Marilu Gamboa is responsible for developing and updating the University’s annual Affirmative Action Plan and for supporting related proactive education and outreach programs. Her responsibilities also include ensuring University software system data integrity and compliance.
Marilu studied Anthropology and Sociology at Smith College and is currently working toward her Executive Master of Leadership degree from USC’s Price School of Public Policy. Her favorite things about USC include belonging to a community committed to living our unifying values and working alongside incredible individuals who are passionate about helping others.
