The Office for Equity, Equal Opportunity, and Title IX (EEO-TIX) was created in August 2020 as part of the University’s enhanced efforts to timely and appropriately respond to all reports of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, as well as in support of its overall Commitment to Change. The formation of the office was announced in conjunction with the University’s implementation of the Policy on Prohibited Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation, which applies to all students, faculty, and staff.
