Senior Investigator

As a Senior Investigator, Rick Kober is responsible for conducting timely, comprehensive, and fair Formal Resolutions and facilitating Alternative Resolutions. He also assists with training and education for USC students, faculty, and staff.
Prior to joining the EEO-TIX team, Rick was a Senior Investigator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission where he investigated workplace discrimination and harassment for both public and private employers. Rick has an undergraduate degree from UCLA. He enjoys learning the history and traditions of the University and working for a department where everyone celebrates equity, diversity, and inclusion.
