Equity and Equal Opportunity Coordinator

As the Equity and Equal Opportunity Coordinator, Kyle Gruber serves as the lead EEO-TIX representative responsible for responding to local, state, and federal agency (e.g., DFEH, EEOC, OCR) matters and ensuring compliance with applicable law and policy. Kyle also engages in proactive education programs and partnerships to promote best practices to ensure equity and inclusion in employment, admissions, and other programs and activities across the University.
Kyle has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Columbia Law School. His favorite aspect of USC is the strong school pride on display.
