Intake, Outreach, and Care Manager

As one of four Intake, Outreach, and Care Managers, Tsasia Mercado assists with responses to reports of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, which helps ensure consistent support and case management for all parties involved in Formal and Alternative Resolution Processes. She also manages ongoing accommodations for a docket of students, faculty, and staff in the form of supportive measures, with or without the filing of a formal complaint.
Tsasia earned her bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Arts and Human Relations at Ohio University. She has been an employee with USC’s Office for EEO-TIX since 2015. Tsasia’s favorite thing about USC is the camaraderie and teamwork among USC’s dedicated staff.
