Hearing Manager

Cat Monaco is the Hearing Manager in the Office for Equity, Equal Opportunity, and Title IX (EEO-TIX). Cat is responsible for the logistical and operational functions of the Live Hearing process. Before, during and after the Hearing, Cat facilitates communication with the Parties, Advisors, Witnesses and Hearing Officers to ensure an organized and respectful Hearing that complies with University policy.
Prior to joining USC, Cat was a Case Manager in the office for Student Conduct and Community Standards at Columbia University. Cat received her B.A. in American Studies from Emmanuel College and M.A. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from New York University.
