As one of two Lead Investigators for EEO-TIX, Abby Woodruff handles high-profile and complex investigations to help ensure the prompt and appropriate resolution of Formal and Alternative Resolutions in response to Formal Complaints filed under the University’s Policy on Prohibited Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation. Abby also mentors other senior investigators on the team and assists with trainings and education programs both internally and externally to USC campus partners.

Abby studied Government and Psychology at Claremont McKenna College and has a Juris Doctorate degree from the U.C. Berkeley School of Law. She has a background in employment litigation and counseling. Her favorite thing about USC is how much the University values its employees, students, and alumni.
