The Provost’s office is offering the new Mindful USC program designed to enrich the collective well-being and academic journey for the USC community. Mindful USC offers a wide variety of mindfulness-related classes, retreats and events that provide students, faculty, and staff with tools to navigate the challenges and opportunities of university life.
The Provost’s office encourages all members of the USC community to embrace this opportunity to engage with mindfulness to help foster a culture of compassion, resilience, and collective growth.
