The university is celebrating Black History Month with a special kick-off event open to all faculty, staff, students, and members of the USC community on Thursday, Feb, 1 at 12:30 p.m. The event will be both virtual and in-person at Tommy’s Place from 12 – 2 p.m., where light snacks and refreshments will be provided. Attendees are also encouraged to bring their lunch.
This year’s theme is “Empowering Excellence: Celebrating Black History through the Arts” and RSVPs are encouraged at usc.edu/esvp (code: BHM24).
