Gender Identity Accommodations Available to Students and Staff

USC is committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all community members.  As part of the Trojan Check process that we are using to return to campus, individuals may be asked to confirm their identity. If you are a student who needs gender-identity accommodations, you can request them through the jotform on the LGBTQ+SC website, which was developed in conjunction with USC’s Office for Equity, Equal Opportunity, and Title IX (EEO-TIX) or by contacting EEO-TIX directly at eeo-tix@usc.edu.  If you are a staff or faculty member who needs supportive measures based on gender identity, such as a USCard with your chosen name, please contact EEO-TIX directly at eeotix@usc.edu. EEO-TIX will safeguard the privacy of information shared.
