Intake, Outreach, and Care Manager

As one of four Intake, Outreach, and Care Managers, Sam Levra assists with responses to reports of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, which helps ensure consistent support and case management for all parties involved in Formal and Alternative Resolution Processes. She also manages ongoing accommodations for a docket of students, faculty, and staff in the form of supportive measures, with or without the filing of a formal complaint.
Sam grew up in Los Angeles and is a proud double Trojan. She studied Political Science and Sociology at USC and earned her master’s degree in Public Administration from the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy. She is honored to come back home in this role. Her favorite thing about USC is working alongside incredible leaders who are committed to making a difference in the community.
