Intake, Outreach, and Care Manager

As one of four Intake, Outreach, and Care Managers, Mariah French assists with responses to reports of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, which helps ensure consistent support and case management for all parties involved in Formal and Alternative Resolution Processes. She also manages ongoing accommodations for a docket of students, faculty, and staff in the form of supportive measures, with or without the filing of a formal complaint.
Mariah earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. John’s University with minors in Sociology and African Studies. Mariah joined the USC community in 2020 as a Support and Intervention Coordinator in the Office of Campus Support and Intervention before transitioning to USC’s Office for EEO-TIX. Mariah’s favorite thing about USC is its vibrant campus community and its commitment to fostering a culture of holistic health and wellness.
